Hola, I’m Aimée — a Taina daughter of the Dominican Republic, Shimmy Earth Mamá of Kiskeya Spirit Medicine. I’m a travelling mamá Herbalist, Dancer, Postbirth Doula, Reiki-Somatic Facilitator, and devoted mover of life. I breathe, I birth, I tend, and I walk gently through this world with my little one and my love by my side.
 

This space is an extension of our joy-filled, earth-rooted way of living — where rhythm, ritual, and remembrance guide everything I offer.
 

You’re invited into a space of softness, movement, and sacred care — for mamas, for movers, and for those seeking to return, to remember, and to be held in authentic healing.

My offerings are woven with ancestral wisdom and grounded in embodied practice — including dance, postpartum care, herbal support, and energy healing for body and spirit.
